The demand for a fuel barge came across in the 1990s; this is when Jaisu constructed KAMAL X for its use.

The task of constructing a fuel barge with no prior construction experience seemed overwhelming; however, Kamal X was the result of the grit and determination of Jaisu engineers and our 20-odd-year experience in the field of bunkering.

KAMAL X is presently used to cater to the need of company vessels, as well as vessels that come across the Gujarat coastline.
