Sans the influence or control of other entities, Jaisu’s needs for spare parts and machining equipment have been independent, self-contained, and self-reliant.

The company maintains a 24 × 7 workshop and repair facility with 300 people making up the crew and personnel staff. Starting from the bare minimum needs of machining custom-sized nuts and bolts, Jaisu workshops have machined and constructed propellers up to three meters in diameter.

Recently, we had fabricated a four-cubic-meter grab in a time span of less than ten days. Our spares department houses spares for every engine part, as well as entire engines as a whole. This is an ingenious way in which we reduce the downtime for maintenance in an efficient manner.
